Sahara’s Story

Sahara was found abandoned in the ​mountains during Easter 2023, just ​three months old and missing a back leg. ​After time to grow, the only way to ​improve her quality of life is with a ​prosthetic leg—one of the first in ​Cyprus.

Now 1.5 years old, thanks to our ​generous supporters, we’ve raised ​funds for her CT scan and custom ​prosthetic leg, which will arrive in ​September 2024. The surgery costs ​€2,500, but it will finally allow Sahara to ​live a normal life and prepare her for ​adoption. If you’d like to help with vet ​bills, please click the donate button ​below.
