Hope’s Story:
Hope was surrendered by her previous owner after he asked the vet to put her to sleep and the vet refused. The vet took her and asked us to take her in.
Hope has a wonderful character and adorable ‘forever puppy‘ like features. She craves love and affection and will drape herself across your lap to maximise exposure for ear scratches and belly rubs. Hope has a lively, puppy-like energy. She loves playing with other dogs and running after toys. She does tend to want whatever toy another dog has!
Hope does have Leishmaniosis but has received treatment and her most recent blood tests show she has responded extremely well. Hope now just takes one cheap daily tablet. For more information on Leishmaniosis please read our factsheet.
