Cooper’s Story:

Cooper was found severely underweight and abandoned on the streets in Cyprus. When checking to see if he was microchipped, surprisingly he was but on contacting the registered owner it turns out that he had given him to someone else who had failed to re-register him. On tracking that person down it turns out he did the same until it was clear that this had been repeated 5 more times! In his short 3 years of life, Cooper had been passed through 7 different people. When Cooper arrived he was very nervous and even had to be carried in to the house as he was too afraid to come in. But it was only a matter of hours before he started to show how affectionate he was. He loves cuddles and being close to you and will often follow his foster family around the house to make sure they are still there! It didn’t take long for Cooper to settle in and his confidence grew and he became much less nervous. He loved learning how to play with the other dogs and now is the first to instigate play. He’s taken a while but has learnt simple commands like sit and wait. But the biggest thing about Cooper is his heart! He is so loving and loves being loved. His favourite place is wherever you are, next to you with his head resting on your chest. He's a lovely boy and needs his own home.
